Quality as part of the Faculty's mission
Quality is not limited to formal compliance. It concerns how the Faculty educates students, develops research and creative activity, connects knowledge with practice, supports dialogue and personal growth, and responds responsibly to society.
How the system works
Policies
They define the values and strategic direction of student-centred education, academic standards, integrity, internationalisation and student support.
Structures
Programme boards, doctoral and scientific boards, the Academic Senate and other bodies regularly review programmes, reports and feedback.
Processes
Programmes are created, approved, delivered, monitored and improved through documentation, indicators, feedback and follow-up measures.
Monitoring and improvement
- Gathering evidence: feedback, reports, meetings, indicators and dialogue with students, graduates, staff and partners.
- Evaluation: responsible bodies identify strengths, risks and areas for improvement.
- Measures: findings lead to changes in programmes, teaching, support, research or organisation.
- Follow-up: the effects of measures are reviewed in the next quality cycle.
